I'm on Windows 7 and while i'm using obs to livestream and play league of legends my monitor goes into standby and the computer freezes. When I don't have obs live streaming it doesnt happen. I don't know what the issue is because it just started happening yesterday. I'm sorry for the lack of info im giving im just annoyed since i just got the computer and this is happening to me. If you need any more info let me know I added a attachment from the sfdebug program I installed.

    Hi tablesidewing.

    You have had BSODs.
    Code:
    Event[3407]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Microsoft-Windows-WER-SystemErrorReporting
      Date: 2014-07-18T04:01:32.000
      Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff88007796f8a, 0xfffff88002907758, 0xfffff88002906fb0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 071814-21060-01.
But the zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

In the mean time, Uninstall McAfee Security Scan Plus. It is not something that you intended to have, but it came to your system without your will, due to carelessness.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus
Uninstall it. Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. And, be careful when you download Flash Player etc from Adobe.

    Attachment 326421

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and MouseDriver.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

Gigabyte On-Off Charger is a continuous issue on your computer.
    Code:
    Event[3187]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Service Control Manager
      Date: 2014-07-17T22:58:19.180
      Event ID: 7026
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Nick-PC
      Description:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    UsbCharger
I would suggest you to uninstall it and all Gigabyte bloatware that you have installed.
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\AutoGreen
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6
    Plus, some issues with Norton.
    Code:
    Event[1576]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Service Control Manager
      Date: 2014-07-16T12:01:40.275
      Event ID: 7036
      Task: N/A
      Level: Information
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Nick-PC
      Description:
The Norton Internet Security service entered the stopped state.
    Code:
    Event[1577]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Service Control Manager
      Date: 2014-07-16T12:01:40.275
      Event ID: 7024
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Nick-PC
      Description:
The Norton Internet Security service terminated with service-specific error %%-1.
I would suggest you to Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. At least as a test. Because it is failing. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

About the BSOD itself, we will continue there after having a crash dump.

OK well i tried that and i got this error. I found the error file for my first bsod and when i looked into it i saw it was because of a Logitech driver. It wont let me attach it so idk how i will be able to give that to you. My computer works fine until i start live streaming with the open broadcast software (obs) and playing League of Legends. OBS works with everything else fine from what I have seen.

Or, run Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.

There is an update to your webcam driver. Support + Downloads: HD Webcam C270 - Logitech

Apply it and let us know the result.

Plus, follow post #2 again, to get rid of McAfee and the startup programs. Otherwise you will not get the desired result.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88007796f8a, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff88002907758, Exception Record Address
