BSOD Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal

My laptop starts having this BSOD often times now, with this message Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal. I don't know what is the reason behind this. Can you please help me?

Uninstall Baidu. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
