    Hi yeojnaej.

    As we attend threads based on unanswered ones, every thread bump minimizes a chance to get a response. Plus thread bumping is a violation of Forum Rule #2.

    Stop 0x3B BSODs are most possible for systems not properly up-to-date. Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.

    I'm sorry about on the Bump reply didnt know it is a violatin, and i already installed Service pack 1 i hope i will not having bsod now. thanks alot bud! :)

    In that case, run the tool again, and upload the latest information.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

    Counterfeit installations such as yours contains heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable.

    My recommendation is to start with a clean slate, and install a genuine version of Windows. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable.
