BSODs when shutting down and exiting programs

Okay, first off hello everyone. I have been trying to avoid making this thread for months now using my own troubleshooting but I am having no luck.

My computer is a custom built, I put it together a while ago. For the past few months I have been getting BSODs. They almost always occur when I am close programs.... such as when I close Chrome, or when I exit my games (happens with all of them, ex. Wildstar/Left4Dead/Counterstrike/etc). Interestingly it only happens with programs that are using decent resources like Chrome with a bunch of tabs open, not small programs like Skype or Thunderbird. I also get them just about every other time I shut off my PC, while it is shutting down.

Now I am not a dummy when it comes to PCs so I tried a few things. I have no overclock whatsoever on my 2600K (and all default BIOS settings), same BSODs. I ran MemTest with all 4 sticks in and a few errors showed up after a few minutes. I then tested each stick and each slot and found 1 stick that would give errors every time. So now only 3 are in. I ran MemTest again overnight (8~ hours) and it found 0 errors. STILL, I get BSODs. I was pretty upset after this because I was very excited to find the culprit in a bad RAM stick. Nope!

I have uploaded 2 zip files from the log collector. The first one is from a BSOD I had after exiting a game the other night. The second is from last night (actually 3am this morning) when I got a BSOD while the PC was shutting down. Again, these are 2 of the 3 scenarios when I get BSODs the most.

If anyone has any ideas, please help me out. Please!

- Ryan

Any reason why my thread was ignored and is now on page 2, while a bunch have been made since then and replied to? Would love some help!

Probably no one wants to waste time on fraudulent Windows install that hasn't been updated. A Acer/Gateway/Packard Bell OEM key on a custom build will almost always cause problems.
