BSOD's were caused by the latest version of Broadcom Advanced Server Program Driver.

- Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
- Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
- Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).
Perform a Clean boot:
Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:
Make scans with the following:
Kaspersky TDSSKiller
ESET online scanner:

- Click on the
- Type CMD on Search

Broadcom network adapters
I was able to stop the BSOD with my network adapter. Was getting BSOD with error pointing the the broadcom network driver and tcpip.sys. Despite updating to the most recent driver, I continued to get random BSOD. Searched all over, found one reference on dell support. Recommended disabling LSO and/or turning off chimney offload. I did both. Now NO BSOD. SOLVED.
Edit: LSO is a network adapter level setting. Chimney is a system setting (netsh ...).
Hopefully there will be and updated driver at some point from broadcom/qlogic.
