    0x0000019 while booting up

My internet kept disconnecting right before and my headset was causing programs to freeze up. And I've already updated drivers for both.

You have two 2 GB and two 1 GB RAM sticks. which set came originally with the computer and which set you applied later?

Remove the RAM that installed later and run the computer with the original RAM.

Let us see how it runs.

I've never touched the RAM in this PC.

A branded PC should not have such RAM configuration.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Take a camera snap of the memtest screen before you close it and upload the picture here.
