    Bsod everytime


    I can't find any solution, so i post here the .zip of my files!

    Hi.

    Does it BSOD anymore if you disable the webcam?

    Try it and let us know.

    i have disabled it. Im gonna use the computer to see if BSOD appears again and tell here!

    the bsod keep appearing. its says DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

    Click on the button below ....



    It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

    From the crash dumps, it appears that the webcam is still causing the issue.

    and that is caused by a driver malfunction or an incorrect driver installed?

    Not very clear. Can you update the driver to the latest?

    If it is already the latest, uninstall it and then reinstall it.

    well, have been two days since the last BSOD and since i disabled the webcam.they didnt appear any more!
