Click on the button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

    Hello thanhdua.

You are supposed to upload the entire zip, not two crash dumps only.

No help is possible without seeing the necessary data.

I understand and I did what you said .if you can not find what is causing the error is probably due to RAM. I've tried removing a stick of RAM before do what you instruct. sorry for my english so bad, and thank you very much

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.
    Code:
Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (4 procs) Free x64
    Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS
    Built by: 7600.16385.amd64fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
Service Pack and Update Center - Microsoft Windows

Report us for any further BSODs after installing the SP1.

Also, as you have doubt, Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
