OK. There's the things i have done to my computer.
    1.Reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate
    2.Installed SP1
    3.Installed all drivers
    4.Installed Avast and Firefox.

Now I'm getting 0xD1 error every time I turn my computer on. The driver name is something like Dnetr29u.sys.

Rollback the system using System Restore option TWO.

1.Reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate =>system was still fine afterwards, otherwise next step was impossible
2.Installed SP1 =>system was still fine afterwards, otherwise next step was impossible
3.Installed all drivers=>system was still fine afterwards, otherwise next step was impossible
    4.Installed Avast and Firefox.

Are these really all steps and in the right order?

:) I have mixed the order. After all the things, the BSOD shows up.
I can do SF Diagnostics in Safe Mode if you wish to.

netr28u.sys is the problem driver? Uninstall it please in device manager. Right click there on wireless adapter->uninstall. also from disk!
You can do it in safe mode. Afterwards boot to normal mode. Of course wireless doesn't work then. But still bsod?
