If you cannot install the driver, follow Driver Install - Device Manager

For windows updates, try Windows Update - Reset

There is no new crash dump in the zip you uploaded in post #8.

Nvidia Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 320.78 error

Also was finally able to catch the Nvidia Kernel Error 320.78 I have been trying to do this for quite some time as when this happens the screen just ffashes for a sec and then you only see the error balloon for a few more sec.

    Any ideas?

    I tried running:
320.78-quadro-tesla-grid-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-32bit-international-whql and it sais it was not compatable w/ my pc??

A screenshot if it is really that hard to understand. That is what contained in the zip.
You can see there is a single crash dump. See the date (highlighted). We have already checked it; there is nothing new to check.

    Is it clear now?

Uninstall the display driver using DDU. Then install any other WHQL version. Drivers | GeForce

See if the same issue continues or not. Let us know.
