Which antivirus do you actually use? Zone Alarm or Kaspersky? They share some same drivers. And the program is causing some mishaps there.
    Code:

    Intel RST is failing, too.

Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

    1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
    2. It will open the "computer management" window.
    3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
    4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
    6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
    7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.

Update it from Ethernet NIC Driver Downloads | Broadcom

Also, can you update Silicon Image SiI 3132 SATALink Controller? No failure is revealed from its part, but it is extremely old.
    Code:
        Image name: SI3132.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Oct 04 00:09:29 2007 (4703E1E1)
    Look at http://www.siliconimage.com/support/

If there is no feasible update; or if you think that you dont need it, best you dont use it.

Finally, Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

    Let us know the results.

    OK,
I went as far as deleting the old ITE and just restarted the pc and it auto updated it. What I do understand is the:

    Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet
    Code:
    fffff800`00b9c600 fffff880`05cf5ca0Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\k57nd60a.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for k57nd60a.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for k57nd60a.sys
    k57nd60a+0x48ca0
Update it from Ethernet NIC Driver Downloads | Broadcom

I opened the link and I really did not understand what I was supposed to do?/ I did find a "win_b57_x64" zip download which I did save it its a folder w/o a installer in it?? I tried clicking on the "b57nd60a" , "b57nd60a" and "b57nd60a.sys"

and nothing happens so I'm doing something wrong ;-)

I was able to update the Silicon Image SiI 3132 SATALink Controller

Last I went into my "system properties" and deleted all my old old "system restores" I did have somthing like 256gb of those and that took probably half a hour to get rid of those. Then I created a new restore point.

If I may this can be helpful in the future.

    By Brink:

System Protection - Change Disk Space Usage

**I use 5% and it works quite well with that amount.**

System Info - See Your System Specs

I will go back to watching.

If you cannot install the driver, follow Driver Install - Device Manager

For windows updates, try Windows Update - Reset

There is no new crash dump in the zip you uploaded in post #8.
