Open up Windows Explorer as an administrator.
To do this, go to Start and type in "windows explorer" (without the quotes).
Then right click on Windows Explorer at the top of the search box and select "Run as adminsitrator".

Then, copy the dump files to your Desktop (to avoid similar permission problems when working with them), select them all (hold the Ctrl key while clicking on each one).
Then right click on them and select "Send to", then select "Compressed (zipped) folder"

Then you can upload/attach that .zip file with your next post.

    Trouble retrieving .dmp file

Weird, I am havving all sorts of problems with not being able to copy ouot the .dmp file thru an rdp session. Maybe I am not supposed to do this operation remotely via rdp session. I tried all sort of way's and was unsucessful in copying out the .dmp file to post in the forum.

    Thanks,

    Welcome Mr. Rodriguez!

Try the SF Utility: SF Diagnostic Tool

When you get the dmp files, please create a new thread in the Crashes section: https://www.sevenforums.com/newthread...newthread&f=38

I actually have the exact same problem, even when I attempted to run as admin it doesn't give me permission to open the files or zip them as Usasma recommended up top. Any suggestions?
