BSOD playing NFS Rivals, Arkham Origins

My specs : (Everything is new and hardly a month old)

AMD FX 6300 cpu six cores

    8 gb RAM
Nvidia GTX 750 ti 2 GB OC edition (replaced it with ATI Radeon HD 7790 1 gb)
Cooler master CM force 500 cabinet
    PSU : Cooler Master 350w.

I am getting constant BSODs (some times random crashes with a program stopped working message) while playing NFS Rivals, Batman Arkham Origins, FIFA 14.. The games work fine on my other PC (core i5) so it is not the issue with games installed.

I had windows 7 ultimate edition first. When i started getting BSODs i changed the OS to windows 8.0 pro edition.

I tried changing RAM, diagonised HDD without any issues, reinstalled windows 8.0 pro (had windows 7 earlier which showed samw errors), uninstalled antivirus (BSOD appear with and without AV). Updating Nvidia drivers did not help either.

I even tried playing games on a clean windows install before installing any other applications.

I am considering swapping my Nvidia card with ATI Raedon, not sure it will work.
