I would believe the data more than the statement.

is it mean i have unnecessary drivers loaded for WiFi Link 5000?
if yes, i think they was installed when i lunch update from link2
    Code:
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=3622&DwnldID=24217
as i said today morning i've got BSOD but wifi wlan card (4965AGN) was disabled as usually (swtiched off by switch button)
how to manually uninstall this update, just remove upper drivers ?
    Code:
    c:\windows\system32\drivers\netwlv32.sys
If you would be so kind and advice me what steps i should do now.
from intel driver update DUU i get:

    Code:
Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility (Chipset INF)
    Product Detected Intel® 6, 5, 4, 3, 900 Series Chipsets
    Current Version Installed 10.0.13
    This version is valid.

    Wireless Networking (WiFi)
Product Detected Intel® Wireless WiFi Link 4965AG
    Current Driver Installed 13.4.0.139
    Your driver is current.
    i think driver
    system32\DRIVERS\NETwLv32.sys
is only named wifi link 5000 for Vista but it's just a name and is OK for my 4965AGN.
    What do you think?

I think you are neglecting the issue and dragging it to some different direction.

WiFi was not disabled when the BSOD happened! It was RUNNING then. Said it in post #12, saying it again.

Hi again, today my system frozen for 8minutes, this happend when desktop was loaded and icons just showed.
i don't know where to find problems, because this time there was no BSOD.

i tried 3 times to powerON my system, when it freze i made reset it twice, last time i left it and after about 8minutes it unfrozen (all is inside system).
i'm fighting with this strange frozen thing for about 2yr, usually it's happen when i used wifi at home and power on system with LAN at work but it's not happen every time so i can't examine this every day.

i attached system log, i didn't found many errors so can't detect issue.
