I've never seen anybody have trouble running either one. They are both basically the same thing, just slightly different. Did you run the sfc /scannow I asked you to run in post #4? Also, when you changed motherboards, did you do a clean install?
yes .! i did clean install ...... coz thought installing MB and ram will solve the issue ...tho

Now i try to run scan .... turning off my AVG antivirus ...and firewall ...... may be its the one which stop and error the scan

Please turn Windows update to Install updates automatically. Go to Windows Updates, in the left column click change settings, in the dropdown box choose install updates automatically. Install the updates, click check for updates until there are no more.

Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Please click this and download it to your Desktop

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

Right click the file, select properties and if there is an 'Unblock" button at the bottom, click that. Turn off your Anti Virus and Firewall for a few minutes then run the file again and upload the results. Then turn the firewall and anti virus back on.

Perform all these actions in the order I gave them. Let me know the results for each one.

Before running the sfc /scannow, go to your Motherboard's web site ( A780LB :: Motherboard :: BIOSTAR ) download and install the Chipset driver, the Lan driver and if you are using wireless , find and install the latest Wi-Fi Driver.

And when you run the DM Log, right click it and select 'Run as Administrator".
