BSOD on startup after new graphics card

So I have gotten a new graphics card after wanting one for a while now (due to having integrated graphics, also have all of the latest drivers for it) and it seemed to work fine for about 2 weeks after randomly dying after logging out of my profile. After that it does not start up after picking a boot mode and I can't even start in safe mode. I can't grab the log either so I will leave a picture. After that I took out the graphics card and tried to boot it up and it still gave the same results . After a few days I turned it on and decided to give me the option to do windows repair and diagnostics and then worked perfectly fine for a day, and then on the next day I tried the graphics card again.
Same results. Took it out now and is still giving me a BSOD and no diagnostics pop-up in sight! The graphics card is a Sapphire Radeon R7 250 2GB Low Edition from Newegg.

Start in safe mode(f8).Uninstall driver from device manager. Go Here.

    Read description and do accordingly.
    then reply.

Well that's the problem, I can't even enter safe mode because I get the same result! Also I have all the original driver disks and such so is there a difference between my disks and the official site? Thank you for replying!
