BSOD - Probably Driver Issue, persists after OS reinstall

I am seeing a random BSOD every few days. The alternate between one of two types. I am fairly certain it is a driver issue, but not sure WHICH driver.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT

As some background, I was having BSODs on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and decided in July to put in a new hard drive and install Windows 8 Enterprise x64. The BSODs on Windows 7 were driver related too (at least according the messages I was seeing). I have added the minidumps from Windows 7 to the zip file. All dumps prior to 072714 are from the Windows 7 system.

Any help isolating the driver/issue would be appreciated. Thanks.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.

How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+

Run memtest86+ for at least 8 subsequent passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
