BSOD when launching a game, error 0x000000d1

A couple of weeks ago i got the first blue screen of death on this pc. I don't remember what i was doing, but since then i kept track of the events of this BSOD.
I noticed it can happen when im on my browser and then as i launch a game (ex. Dead island/ Battlefield ) i will hear the game sound begin, and freeze causing it to sound horrible and pop comes the BSOD.

It has been increasing in the frequency of BSOD very fast. First one i had was the start of this month, by now i get it daily and soon i expect it to happen every time i launch a game. So i could use help on this ASAP. i checked the internet but nothing i found of use to me.
I will attach my .dmp file so i have a better chance at help. Also i noticed when i play a game the graphics card, mother board, ect. don't overheat so i believe that rules out that problem already. my only 2 logs i have are attached and they are recent as of this post.
I will also post the text here in case my attachment didn't go through.
My pc specs should be on my profile or something, i wrote them when i made this account so it should be here somewhere for you guys.

Here's another recent BSOD i got, and this was after i did a complete virus scan of every data on my pc and fixed them using avast virus protection i bought. So i don't know but im guessing it is hardware related? though i have no idea how to fix it or what to fix.

You are using CCC 14.7 RC1, which you are not supposed to.

Uninstall your installed version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install any WHQL version only.

    Let us know the result.

As it was finishing the step one, of uninstalling the amd driver, the computer started to shutdown on its own without warning. after which it would start up, but at the screen where you can see the windows logo take shape the computer would disconnect the mouse and keyboard before showing the logo and starting up. it had to reset it many times until finally i got the option for the auto repair highlighted for me because if i use the keyboard when the pc starts up it will freeze completely. so i had to let it run its course and ended up doing a system restore to a safer date on this pc. it said that my documents have not been effected. I am scared to go further with the next steps because i think this pc is hanging by a thread for its life, so to speak.

You must have done something wrong.

There is nothing wrong with the instructions. Lots of people suffer from this issue and nobody report as you have done.

See an example: Getting a BSOD error at random points lately

Plus, the keyboard and the mouse has nothing to do with the display driver.
