BSODs while doing anything. Mostly 3B.

[This thread was reposted from the drivers section, because I believed that it had something to do with the drivers. I must be sure though.]

So for a few months I've been having sudden BSOD. It often happens while watching videos, playing games, or anything, really. They change here and there, but from what I can tell it's the drivers' fault. I do not know how to check which one is the issue or how to uninstall one permanently. I also have 2 audio drivers, is that normal? I would love help, thank you. Also BSOD 124

Only crash dumps are not enough.

Click on the button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

It is still incomplete. Some very important files those are needed to troubleshoot your issue are not present there.

I am sorry but I am using the dm log collector with administrative rights and that's how big it ends up. I did it again, but I assume it's pointless to attach it, considering it's smaller than it's predecessor. I am also getting the BSOD 124 whenever I attempt to play a game. It runs for a mere 10 minutes.

I also got WhoCrashed and I found two main errors. I will add them here.

On Wed 8/20/2014 5:08:25 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\082014-22058-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll (hal+0x12A3B)
    Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8004845038, 0xB67CA000, 0xEF000135)
    Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\hal.dll
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.
On Thu 8/21/2014 8:10:55 AM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\082114-25162-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75BC0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF80002FD84E0, 0xFFFFF880097EE080, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

It would be better to see the other files before suggesting something to you. But as you cannot provide it (DM Log Collector works for everybody, so it should work for you too), our vision does not reach all the corners of the issue.

Anyway, if you get stop 0x124 BSOD, that overrules all the other bugcheck codes; and that should be the primary concentration.

Is there any other program that I could use? As I can keep trying to do this with dm log collector but I don't think it will magically change. Could it be because of the antivirus?

I have tried pretty much everything there. I do run the latest drivers, to my knowledge, I did check the ram and it's not overheating. I very much believe that it's the audio driver that is the issue. I have two, and I don't think that should be so. I remember my "tech-savvy mom" installing another audio driver for some reason on the laptop. Ever since then, this happens.

Oh my god. I brought points in my previous post regarding that thread. I have read it over and over, did whatever it asked of me and it still occurs. I checked the ram, the hard drive, the heating. None of them are the culprit. Which leaves the drivers. The ones that I actually expressed my concern about. Given that I have no idea how to check the drivers, I looked for help here. But I am plastered by the same response over and over again, without actual answers. So I will try to be more short and clear:
    1. What could cause the "DM Log Collector" not to work?
    2. If I have done EVERYTHING asked of me in that thread, except the removal of parts, and nothing worked, what should I do?
    3. How would one check their drivers for errors?
    4. Any other programs similar to DM Log Collector in case I don't get it to work?
    5. Please don't just say the same thing again.

Just because you've ruled out the HDD and RAM doesn't mean you've pinpointed the problem to drivers, a 0x124 is very rarely a driver issue and points to hardware as Arc has already explained. Have you stress tested the CPU? Stress tested the GPU? You're not providing the relevant information requested and not even telling us what tests you have actually performed to rule out your hardware, and are adamant it's a driver issue. If you want to help you need to provide the relevant information in detail.
