BSOD playing Diablo 3, error 0x000000d1 and 0x0000001e

    Hi Seven Forums

Since Thursday (21/8-14) i've experienced crashes, mainly while playing my newly installed Diablo 3 - Reaper of Souls. I can watch movies, play games (Such as CoD: Ghosts, CS.GO, Hearthstone), but when i play Diablo it crashes. It doesn't go to BSOD but through my eventlog i can see the errors: 0x000000d1 and 0x0000001e.

I've looked through google and can seem to find a solution that helps me.

    I hope you can help.

I attached the SF tool file like asked.

Which is your Killer e2200 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller and updated from http://www.killergaming.com/solutions/Embedded_Ethernet

Also please open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Also, please check and make sure your SSD firmware is up to date. Please take care of the above and let us know if it is any better.

I wasn't able to use the links for bigfootnetworks and killergaming.

But the rest is done and so far it has worked!

I will give it a little more time before marking it as solved.

Bigfootnetworks must be either out of business or have been taken over by someone else. I can find no listing for them. If we have further problems, we may just reinstall the current driver in case it may have been corrupted.

    Hi again Essenbe!

As of today my girlfriend now experienced crashes again while playing Diablo 3 (It doesn't go to BSOD, it just crashes and restarts) and there hasn't been any problems since my last post!

There is 2 error codes in my evebt log, the 0x000000d1 like before and now 0x00000124.

I've attached another file here for you to look at.

Both of the error codes point to your Graphics card or drivers. But, it still could be something else. Just curious, the bigfoot network, is that an add on card you bought? If not, the driver should be in your motherboard drivers. That's where it is. You can download the on board Lan driver for Killer Network from your motherboard's site MSI Global - Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Motherboard, Graphics and more 64 Try that and you can also look and see if there are any more updated drivers for your board.

I've downloaded the MSI Live Update utility, and wow there was a lot of updates to be made!

About the Bigfoot Network thing, i have absolutely no idea what it is or where it comes from.

If you will look, your Lan is called 'Killer Lan' which is much the same as Bigfoot Killer. It's just built into your Motherboard.

When updating my LAN driver from Killer Networks i get an utility called Killer Network Manager, is, as far as my google can get me, from that Bigfoot Networks. It's monitoring my network activity, programs etc.

Is it possible, that's what's causing the problem?

It is possible, but I really can't say. Many network Lans have a utility like that. I have an Intel Lan which has a similar utility. It hasn't caused me any problems. So, it's really hard to say.
