    BSOD on startup 0x000012f

Hi, I cant get past the "starting windows" screen because BSOD.

    Here's what mine looks like:

    stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
The verification of a knownDLL failed. system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x000012f (0x00a2e6b0 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

Because I have no idea how to fix computers, I'll list things I have tried. Please let me know if any of it is irrelevant, and I'll edit and clean it up.

    1) opened desktop casing, wipe down all dust. No change.
    - my BIOS screen has a cpu temperature monitor and I notice that it starts at 32C. After restating multiple times, it rises. The highest it got was 52C.

    2) before "starting Windows" screen, I now get "windows error recovery". I have two choices: launch start up repair (recommend) or start Windows normally. When I run startup repair, it "cannot repair this computer automatically". Expanding the problem details shows the following:
    Problem event name: StartupRepairOffline
    Problem signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
    PS 02: 6.1.7600.16385
    PS 03: unknown
    PS 04: 21201378
    PS 05: AutoFailover
    PS 06: 7
    PS 07: NoRootCause
    OS version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    3) In my BIOS settings, I tried changing the boot priority betweeb my two hard drives: corsair force 3 ssd & wdc WD10EALX-009BA0. No effect.

    4) Enter advanced boot options. Safe mode with networking. Very similar BSOD: 0xc000012f (0x0806e720 0x00000000).

    5) Safe mode. BSOD: 0x000012f (0x0a7ab870 0x00000000)

    6) safe mode with command prompt: 0x000012f (0x0a656cb0 0c00000000)

    7) last known good configuration: BSOD.

    8) enable boot logging: BSOD

    9) debugging mode: BSOD

    10) disable driver signature enforcement: BSOD

    11) enable low resolution video: BSOD

    12) Google. Apparently I'm not very good at that as I can only find solutions that require me to actually boot into the system.

Please help. I will also need specific instructions as I do not know what I'm doing. And yes, I tried unplugging it and living it back in.

Edit: I also tried system restore. BSOD too.

Edit 2: Also I don't have any files from dm log collector or sf diagnostic tool, because I cant get in to download and run the programs. Sorry Thanks.!

Not sure why you would get the 12F unless you're trying to boot from a copy of the OS on a USB device. That won't work. You also don't have SP1 update installed which contains critical Windows driver updates. I think the only way out of this is to do a clean install of Windows.
    Clean Install Windows 7

    STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED bug check 0xC000021A
This error occurs when a user-mode subsystem, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), has been fatally compromised and security can no longer be guaranteed. In response, the operating system switches to kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS. Therefore, this is one of the few cases where the failure of a user-mode service can shut down the system.

Mismatched system files can also cause this error. This can occur if you have restored your hard disk from a backup. Some backup programs might skip restoring system files that they determine are in use.

An initialization failure occurred while attempting to boot from a VHD.

    Arg2: 0000000000000000, NT status code
    Arg3: 0000000000000000
