Please go to the HP web site for your specific computer and download and install the Chipset drivers and find the Manufacturer of your hard drive and run the hard drive diagnostics, both the long and the short tests.

Hi essenbe. Thanks for your help.

1) As mentioned by you, last while night I run the Memtest86+ and it found no issue. 8 passes were required but I did the full test and took a screenshot during Pass 12. (See screenshot)

2) I have filled my PC specs

3) I did HP complete Diagnostic Test from the BIOS which include Processor, Memory, Hard Disk (Short and Long) Tests and no issues were found. I have attached the screenshot of the result as well.

No issues in hard disk, ram are found so far. Since its a fresh windows, driver should not be a problem then since all factory drivers are installed. Whats the issue then? What next test should I do?

Just a note: BSOD is appearing on normal windows startup. But in Safe Mode, BSOD didnt appear at all, i have been using in SafeMode for long. Maybe this can give you a clue.

If that is correct, I'm surprised you didn't BSOD during the Memtest. That may be your problem. Look at your CPU temps in that screenshot. 105C. That is the shutdown temp for your CPU I believe. Memtest is not hard on the CPU really. Please download Core Temp ( Core Temp) and use it to monitor your CPU temps, In the options it can be set up to show your CPU temps in the system tray so you will know at all times what your CPU temps are. That's what I do. I always know exactly what mu CPU temps are. You can also get MSI Afterburner ( MSI Afterburner) and set it up the same way, also an on screen display which you will see your temps on screen and a custom fan profile so if your temps are high, you can set a fan speed to cool them off.

I can read you dump file just fine, but some of the other files I have a lot of trouble with. I don't read Japanese very well. LOL.

I feel sorry for the files in Japanese :)

I installed both tools, and run my PC in normal mode, for like a minute my pc run and i could see the temperature was around 70 degree. Then BSOD showed up. I tried to open the Core Temp in Safe Mode but it didnot run due to SafeMode.
MSI AfterBurner: on my pc, seems like all settings are inactive/disabled cannot move the slider at all. (see screenshot)

I also realized that my PC overheats a lot. I also used HP Power Manager turned it to power saving mode to reduce the load. but no success.

Something has to do with the Processor thats all I can guess..
What next can I do now?

That is for overclocking. Find the settings buttons and go to the monitoring section and the check boxes, find the temp and select at the bottom on screen profile and put that in on screen. Make that profile 1. click the lock to open it then after you finish, click the lock and set it as profile 1. But, you have on board graphics which means your graphics are inside the CPU. That means your CPU temps and graphics temps are combined, pretty much. Your CPU temps are way too high. 70 for just idling or browsing is way too high. Gaming would kill you. You are going to have to clean it out. You can try a can of compressed air and blow it into the vents to try to open them up some. Laptops don't have very good cooling. Heat is the biggest killer of any computer parts. A desktop you can add fans and improve airflow in several ways. Laptops don't have that option.
