BSOD Error Memory Management/System Service Exception

Hey, I just joined these forums. My problem is recently programs will crash, it's inconsistent when they do, or what programs do. The only consistency I've found is when I was compiling a game's code I was working on, one random program (Mostly Firefox and plugin container.exe) would "Stop Working" and give me the option to close. Two times so far I've gotten BSOD Errors with Memory Management and System Service Exception at different times.

After spending the day trying to figure it out, I ended up completely uninstalling my GPU's drivers, and reinstalling. I did notice I had no problems whenever they were uninstalled, but suddenly again when they were reinstalled. (Like I said though they are inconsistent so I may have just been lucky for those 30 minutes.)

After using WhoCrashed, I received multiple Crash Dump Analysis, with the conclusion saying the problem was "atikmpag.sys (AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.)".

I saw on the forums something called DM Log Collector and I'm attaching the zip file.

       Information
The MEMORY_MANAGEMENT bug check has a value of 0x0000001A. This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.

Usual causes: Device driver, memory, kernel

Your DMPS are not showing any definite cause of the crash please run these test and read the instructions provided on the given pages.

       Information
Driver Verifier runs in the background, "testing" drivers for bugs. If it finds one, a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) will result; the corresponding dump file will hopefully show the faulty driver.

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

    After enabling Driver Verifier, I immediately started to crash everytime I tried to start up;

On Sun 8/31/2014 10:08:15 AM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\083114-26707-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x6F880)
    Bugcheck code: 0x19 (0x3, 0xFFFFFA8003931D00, 0xFFFFFA8003931DCE, 0xFFFFFA8003931D88)
    Error: BAD_POOL_HEADER

    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a pool header is corrupt.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

    -sigh-
Okay so when I went to get the dump files, I saw that it wasn't there, which I'm assuming was either caused by CCleaner I used when disabling Verifier or this black screen with white text that came up and said something along the lines; "Checking File System on C:
The type of file is NTFS"

As a result, I used Verifier again to make it crash again, and with the luck so far we're having (sarcastically) it hasn't crashed yet.
