BSOD w/ Hard Disk Properties and Excel

I have Acer Desktop running Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
I have two things causing BSOD,

When I am in My Computer and I right click and open the Properties of the Hard Disk and the second cause is if I have Excel open with a spreadsheet but then I open another spreadsheet from File > Open within Excel.

I have not made and hardware or software changes, also no signs of any malware/spam/viruses

I created the log with Option 1, but when I click browse to attach it to the this post I get the BSOD.
I was able to put them on a flash drive and attach them from another computer.

       Warning
    4) No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc).

    Code:
    Product ID: 00359-OEM-8992687-00006
Your copy of windows is not genuine, Supports end here.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contain heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analyzing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimize the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them.

There must be a mistake somewhere because the computer was purchase new from a authorized reseller of Acer and came preloaded with windows 7, there is also a windows key sticker on the desktop.
