BSOD / crash to desktop on gamestart

so I recently decided to update my graphicscard driver to the newest version. The installation was without problems however since then Im getting crashes / BSODs shortly after I start a game/join server (I can still launch them).
Games in question are Path of Exile, Planetside 2, DayZ. Have not tried with others yet.

Deleted the new driver with 'Display Driver Uninstaller' and rolled back to my old driver but still getting the BSOD / crashes.

Now I cant remember the crashcode but heres the dumpfile.
