BSOD While Scrolling with Mouse on Internet Explorer & Other Program

I've tried to figure this out but do not know enough about this. If you can help, that would be great. I have attached the zip file. Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit, on Alienware M17x model laptop. I thought it was the video driver so I rolled it back to an earlier version but got the BSOD again. I went to the Dell Website and checked for all drivers updates. I stressed the CPU and memory and ran a complete diagnostics and all passed. I filled out all the other specs in my profile. Thank you in advance.

Can someone pls take a look at the zip file and point me in the direction of the potential cause? Thank you.
