BSOD 9f a few minutes after boot, hang on boot/shutdown sometimes...

The BSOD doesn't always happen, but it happens maybe once a week. The BSOD info file shows the following:

I only left the error report for today since that is the last time it happened. I'm sorry if any information about this is too vague, but it really doesn't happen at any specific time with any specific configuration or while I'm doing a specific thing. Sometimes I'll be playing games, other times I'll just be on the internet. All I know from my research is that this BSOD is related to drivers, but I've installed all of my drivers. I've attached my whole exported system info.

Let me know if I should post any more information. Any help you can give would be amazing!!

Unfortunately since I cannot find a specific instance where the BSOD is happening, a Safe Mode test wouldn't help. I have booted into safe mode in the past when this happened much more frequently and it didn't happen there.

My laptop came with a driver install disk that contained all Windows 8 drivers, yet my computer is a Win 7 machine. When I noticed this I immediately decided to go to manufacturer sites to download the drivers. I tried to find all the same drivers (but win 7 version) that the install disk had.

Hello aaugusto, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, and post back with the needed information. One of our BSOD experts should be by later when able to further help. :)

My apologies for not posting this in the BSOD forum. This is my first time here and I didn't see that. I figured since it was (or I believe it to be) related to drivers, that I would post it here.

    Anyways, the attached debug zip...

This just happened again during shutdown. I've attached another debug zip for you to evaluate.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Oh and what's happening now that's pretty fun is that none of my USB ports are working. They are outputting power to the devices but my computer isn't recognizing that the devices are plugged in.

Hey it's me again. This just happened again. I have more useful information. I recently installed WhoCrashed and got a dump file to read too.

    WhoCrashed's report:

I want to point out that this hasn't happened in several days since I updated my WLAN driver (uninstalled and let Windows installed as I realized it was one of the drivers I installed off of the questionable driver disc CyberPowerPC gave me).

I've attached the zip like before. Please don't let this thread die I really want this to get fixed

And again...I'm just posting the latest in case something may have changed. But I haven't installed any drivers or windows updates for anything since the last BSOD.

I wanted to add this in here too. This is my first custom computer, but I didn't know if this was weird. This is the driver reading from Intel's site. It doesn't recognize some of my drivers, so maybe that is the cause? I've tried going through the list but I've had no luck. What's odd is that chipset is blank but valid, I don't know about the nvidia audio device (unless that's part of my 765m), and the last two appear to be the latest, but the WLAN driver I couldn't find online, so I uninstalled the one I originally installed and let Windows install it automatically.
