    BSOD playing Dark Souls II

    Hello,

I get a BSOD when I play Dark Souls II for some time. The crash seems to happen most often when I am summoned while another summon is present (no idea if this is relevant or not).

This does not occur with any other games. Occasionally, the screen might go black for ~2 sec in some other games, but this is the only game to crash

I sent my GPU in for an RMA and they said that they have not found a problem with it. I thought this would be the case since crashes only occur with one game and I have no artifacts on a stress test, but I wanted to be sure. I've run memtest86+ and it reported no problems. I've reverted my drivers back, as the new drivers seem to lag the card very badly for some reason. However, the drivers made no difference on the game crashing. The temps are stable ~45, so no overheating

I've installed drivers for the on-board AMD 760G gpu right now, since I don't have my dedicated yet, but its drivers were not installed at the time (in fact, it was disabled through BIOS)

    Specs:
PSU: 450W PSU included with case (TT-450)
    Motherboard: Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
    CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti
    Memory: Crucial Ballistix 8GB Kit (2x4GB DDR3-1600 PC3-12800)
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB, Firmware 505 (OS + Favorite games) - DSII is on this drive
Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200 RPM (games)
Western Digital 750GB Green drive (backup)

    I've attached 2 archives:
    1) Minidump.rar - Contains the .dmp, .xml, and the text of the BSOD. This is from when I had my dedicated 650 Ti gpu
    2) JASON-BEAST-Thu_09_11_2014_224053_86.zip - Obtained through DM Log Collector earlier, after sending in gpu for rma. This is when I didn't have my gpu and I'd installed the drivers for the on-board 760G
    3) JASON-BEAST-Wed_09_17_2014_185438_39.zip - Obtained through DM Log Collector now that I have my gpu back

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I ran chkdsk on all 3 drives and memtest86+ for 10 hours. Both ran clean
