BSOD stop 0x000000f4,keeps saying i/o error, mainly while viewing media

Hi i have been suffering BSOD for a while now, it all stopped and was okay for a week but has started up again. I get the stop code 0x000000f4. before it crashes i get a box come up saying "the instruction at 0x0000000075912c69 referenced memory at 0x0000000075912c69. the required data was not placed into memory because of an i/o error status of 0xc000000e".

I have run hard drive tester (chkdsk and sea tools) these come back okay. i have run memory tests and they are also okay.

Mainly happens while viewing webpages or videos.

    many thanks

       Warning
    4) No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc).

Your copy of windows is not genuine, Supports end here.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contain heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analyzing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimize the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them.

This is a genuine installation? I purchased it from overclockers about a year ago?

However your product key matches any other installations on the web.

Il ask another staff member to come over and take a look, as software piracy is something we take very seriously.

If i am wrong i apologize and i will get your problem sorted for you.

i understand what your saying completely, its just i genuinely bought this so if you do say it is not genuine i suppose i will just have to search through old bank statements and get onto overclockers to sort it... looks like a new pc then....

Lets not think like that yet, i may be wrong.

As its an OEM, have you replaced your motherboard or anything?
