Well my friend, our journey has come to an end. I swapped out the motherboard with another one i got from a friend and everything is working just fine now. So im going to go out on a limb here and say the motherboard was ****ed. All the help from everyone to help me figure out what the problem was is very much appreciated, thanks for your time and consideration. Take care all. Peace.

That's what I was afraid of. Especially when you showed me the temps. so, you have Windows 7 installed now? I hope everything works out well for you.
