Bsod ntoskrnl.exe 0x7E at Windows Splash Screen

Hi guys, Just the beginning of this week, I was producing some music on ableton live 9 and turned my pc off when I was done. When I came back to turn it on I got a Bsod of 0x7E and ntoskrnl.exe.

When I saw this I went on here to post a dump and found that my windows stopped creating dump files.

    I have already done:
    1.sfc scan
    2. system startup repair (boot disc)
    3. tested mem sticks one by one by physically switching them (not in memtest, I will probablly run that as soon as i finish this post.)

    Safe mode still works

What I have here are 4 .dmp files from a couple days ago before it stopped creating dumps. Also here is my system info

    I appreciate the help :)

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

I noticed that it still just grabbed the last .dmp files which means no new .dmp files are still not being created. (not that this was supposed to fix that) just saying.

Please follow the instructions and upload the .zip file here directly - I don't download from external sites.
