The other one was really of no use. It blamed it on the NT Kernel of Windows which is not possible unless you have an altered copy of Windows. Where did you get the DVD disk or the ISO file for your installation? I only ask because everything seems to be pointing to system files as the cause of the crashes, which isn't possible.
Also, I wasn't suggesting you run memtest again right now, I only gave the instructions as I figure you may eventually have to run it again and you will have the instructions. When you ran it, did you download it from the link listed in the post?
Are you using any of the 'speed up windows' type Windows optimizer programs?
