You seem to have a few things going on here, but for now please uninstall Daemon Tools - it is a well known cause of BSOD's.

Code:

*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

If you experiencing BSOD's after that, rerun the tool and upload the new zip file.

Driver Reference Table

The Avast installation is the issue here - its a very common problem. Uninstall Avast using these instructions, then download and install free MSE, which is known to never cause BSOD's.

Monitor the situation and post back if required.

Sorry for the late reply.

Follow this to test RAM.

Run a minimum of 8 passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.

Reference this tutorial to help you use MemTest86+:
