Multiple BSODs - 3B, 7e, 10, 50, can't play games anymore

    Unfortunately, that is misleading - that is most certainly not the case. If it was, why why MemTest86+ allow you to run more than a single pass?

    8 consecutive passes is the absolute minimum.

    Dont go back to that forum again. Because you obtained a fallacious information there.

    The screen may be filled with red lines within first few minutes, or a single error may be detected at the end of 7th path. Memory errors are random.

    Thanks for this clarification. I'm in England so I'll start the tests in around 5 hours and get back to you with the results the next day.

    Going to add that I've had some 17 and 19 errors now too as well as the codes in the thread title.

    17 and 19 STOP BSOD codes -

    I ran memtest for 9 passes and got 1 error.

    confidence value : 227
    Lowest error address : 0003fed57e8 - 1022.8MB
    Highest Error Address: 0003fed57e8 - 1022.8 MB
    Bits in error mask: 0000ff00
    Bits in error - ttoal : 8 Min : 8 Max : 8 AVG : 8

    Please confirm that was MemTest86+......not MemTest86 - they are not the same.

    You need a plus there, but a fresh USB will not add that plus there.

    You need to follow the guide as posted in post #13.You will see a red plus + blinking there after memtest86, when the test is running.
