BSOD from 30mins+ idle error 0x7a

Im not very tech savvy on BIOS, drivers and system32 well technically everything about computers so please bare with me and thank you in advance.

Occuring BSoD from idle within 30mins to 1 hour. Error is

    Kernel_Data_inpage_Error (0x7a)

Ive seen this error for a week now.

Also, I have ran into a boot error where the laptop could not boot the user files (in this case it cant load linkmaster and uses default settings) Ive only ran into this once

    Hi azntales.

Unfortunately the crash dump is not recorded. It may be possible if the restarts are not perfect.
    Description:
The Kaspersky Anti-Virus Service service hung on starting.
The latest crash dump included in the zip is of May, which is a stop 0x116. Definitely such an old crash dump will not reflect the current situation.

A stop 0x7A BSOD may be caused by various reasons. To identify the particular reason, we need to see the crash dumps. But as the crash dump is not available, can you take a camera snap of the next BSOD screen and upload it here?
Those on-screen codes will give some idea, at least.

In the mean time, do three more things.

First, having multiple real time protection programs is not only "not good", but a very bad idea. As you have MSE installed, and as it is evident that Kaspersky is somehow failing, Uninstall Kaspersky using Kaspersky Removal Tool.

Second, free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus MSC and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

Third, test your HDD (Seagate Momentus 750 BG) with Seatools (HDD itself is a very frequent cause of a stop 0x7A).
Take both the short test and the long test. If you want to use Seatools For DOS, remember that your storage controller mode is RAID. But you can use Seatools for Windows instead.

    Let us know the results.

Thank you the reply and instructions on what to do. Ive done step 1 and 2. Ive included the kaspersky Removal log in the post

Now for the 3rd step, I have completed the short test. The long test however I have ran into another BSoD that isnt 0x7a but 0xf4

Ive included a photo of the BSoD and I have done another dm log collector run right after the 0xf4 BSoD. I have also did a short test and it has pass. Long test will be conducted again in future notice.

Thank you for your assistance and yea i'll wait for your response

I'll try and help whilst we wait for Arc.

Unfortunately, the .dmp files are still not being saved. 0xf4 is usually a storage related issue - I recommend proceeding with the SeaTools Long Test, and reporting the results.

Stop 0x7A and stop 0xF4 has some things common in them, and when you are having both of them (specially during the seatools test), then there is a fair possibility that it is the HDD that is causing the issues.

In that situation I also would go with Golden.

I cannot complete the long generic test because the laptop encounters the 0xf4 BSoD around 60%-75% of the scan.

This has occured 3 times already so I think it is safe to say that the test failed

In that case you should replace the disk as soon as possoble aftet backing up your data, since we can conclude the disk has an unfixable error.
