Intermittent BSOD, Bad Pool Caller/Header, Pretty sure it's a Driver

    Hey guys,

I've been working on this problem for a while, and it's driving me nuts.
I'll intermittently get a BSOD (no programs in common) whether I'm playing a game, browsing the internet, or away from my computer.
It's usually either a BAD_POOL_HEADER or BAD_POOL_CALLER or SYSTEM_EXCEPTION, but I can't make hide nor hare of where it's coming from.
I was pretty sure it was a driver problem, but I had downloaded a bunch of stuff, so I wiped my computer. However, it's still haunting me.
After doing driver verification (I saw the recommendation in another post) it would BSOD before I could login, but not tell me which driver specifically was causing the issue. I *think* this points to it being a driver instead of my hardware, but I can't be sure.
If you have any ideas, please let me know, I'm starting to go insane.
I did both scans and I'm attaching them both, let me know if I need to do anything else.

    Thank you for your help!

Ok, I actually downloaded some new graphics drivers, but I'm still having the same issue. Here's an updated SF folder though. If anyone has any clarifying questions or advice, please let me know!

Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program: How to Clean Left Over Driver Files with Driver Sweeper

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-

    Perform a Clean boot:

Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
    • Click on the
    • Type CMD on Search
    • Left click and Run as Administrator
    • Type SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

The goal is to test all the RAM sticks and all the motherboard slots.

Check your motherboard manual to ensure the RAM sticks are in the recommended motherboard slots. Some motherboards have very specific slots required for the number of RAM sticks installed.

If you get errors, stop the test and continue with the next step.

    1. Remove all but one stick of RAM from your computer (this will be RAM stick #1), and run Memtest86 again, for 7 passes.
*Be sure to note the RAM stick, use a piece of tape with a number, and note the motherboard slot.
If this stick passes the test then go to step #3.

    2. If RAM stick #1 has errors, repeat the test with RAM stick #2 in the same motherboard slot.
*If RAM stick #2 passes, this indicates that RAM stick #1 may be bad. If you want to be absolutely sure, re-test RAM stick #1 in another known good slot.
*If RAM stick #2 has errors, this indicates another possible bad RAM stick, a possible motherboard slot failure or inadequate settings.
    3. Test the next stick of RAM (stick #2) in the next motherboard slot.
*If this RAM stick has errors repeat step #2 using a known good stick if possible, or another stick.
*If this RAM stick has no errors and both sticks failed in slot#1, test RAM stick #1 in this slot.
    4. If you find a stick that passes the test, test it in all the other motherboard slots.

If Part 2 testing shows errors, and all tests in Part 3 show errors, you will need to test the RAM sticks in another computer and/or test other RAM in your computer to identify the problem.

In this way, you can identify whether it is a bad stick of RAM, a bad motherboard, or incompatibility between the sticks.
       Information
Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

       Tip
    Memtest should be done overnight.

Hey, I updated my drivers, and I got one more System Service Exception BSOD. I'll reply with the results of the memtest when I finish it. Thank you so much with your help!

Ok, I've downloaded all of the drivers that I possibly could find, all from the sites for my specific hardware or on the CD that came with them (For my Radeon HD graphics card and for my EVO mother board), and I ran through MemTest 3 times, 5 passes each, with no errors reported. The blue screens are getting more often, My audio and visuals stutter sometimes while I try to play them, and my computer locks up every once in a while. Please let me know if you find anything. Thank you for all of your help!

Anyone have any ideas? The issues are still happening, and I've found that they mostly happen when I'm either away from my computer or while I'm playing a game. Any help is always appreciated. Thank you!

jnighlight, I've just had a brief look at the files. I am seeing a lot of drivers that come from Windows Update mentioned in a few of the dump files. Have you run sfc /scannow? koolkat mentioned running that in one of the above posts. are you getting Windows updates as you should. In case you haven't, please

Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

I would also like you to boot into safe mode and use your computer as much as you can while in safe mode. Please let us know how this progresses.

I'll try to use my computer in safe mode, but the /scannow found no violations, so we're all clear on that front.

Alright, I didn't see it crash in Safe mode. I've gotten plenty more bluescreens, so here's an updated zip file set. But as far as I can tell, it does not crash in safe mode.
