BSOD When unplug/eject USB wireless lan card, error 0x000000D1

computer is working normally until i pull out usb wireless card, try to disable or unistal driver
when i try to turn on pc whit out Wireless card When should appear desktop i got blue screen
when i put back card into usb port pc work normaly

Only the crash dumps are not enough to suggest the appropriate actions. What we can say to you based on the limited information that you supplied that you need to update the driver to your network adapter, as it is extremely old; of 2009.

Also Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.

Windows reinstall will not update the Atheros network driver. So I am having a doubt about the viability of this solution.
