BSOD when switching to TV

Anything is possible, but the files you just submitted, the latest Dump File was 9-23-14. Make sure your computer is configured to create Small Memory Dumps

In Post #5 you had a dump file later than those you just submitted. Have you been deleting them or running a disk cleanup utility?

In post 5 there was one for 9/26 and 10/01. Try running Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and use option 2 and press the Grab All button and give it time to work.

Which is a display driver supplied with Windows Update.

Please make sure all windows updates are installed and see if there is a newer update for your graphics card and install it this way
