BSOD error 0xa during any game. Civ 5, Defense Grid, Doom , anything.

I am truly at my wits end here. Over the past month or two I have been dealing with crashes, BSODs, and hardlocks that have gotten progressively worse to the point that any game crashes 5-30 seconds into it but seemingly never at the title screen. I've replaced hardware, I've tried every internet fix and new driver/old driver solution out there, etc. I'm so close to going Office Space on a system I've spent way too much money on and then doing something to end myself up in a rubber room in a psych ward somewhere. I'm truly at that point.

I've bought a new Power Supply. I've bought new RAM and ran 14.5 hours worth of Memtest on them. I've reinstalled Windows. I've tested my GPU (XFX Double D 290) in a friends system for 10 minutes of Skyrim and had no issue. My only hope is that when googling and searching for solutions, many times this forum has popped up and has seemed to have the most helpful solutions. I've even tried much older drivers per a solution on these forums. And even still, within 5-30 seconds of gameplay, I either get a white screen application hang on a game like Brutal Doom, or with a game like Civ 5 2/3 the time its an instant black screen and reboot to Windows recovery screen and the other 1/3 is a BSOD. Overall, the more common occurrence is the blackscreen and reboot.

System specs are as follows, and I'll try to give time tables on system changes as well:

-Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H mobo

-12 GB of Gkill RAM (3 4GB modules)

-EVGA G1 1000 W PSU. I upgraded from my long standing XFX 750 watt PSU hoping maybe that would fix the intermitent crashes. They only got worse.

-Intell 530 series 240 GB SSD boot drive. Latest Firmware update. Toshiba 2 TB and Seagate 3TB data drives.

-Intel 4670K with Hyper 212 cooler. Cores idle at 29-34 degrees and running prime 95 they don't go over 68. It was overclocked to 4.2 ghz but is now back to the stock 3.4 ghz clock to rule that out.

-XFX Double D 290 GPU. 2 months back, I had an MSI 7850 and NEVER had issues with the system back then. The issues began with purchasing a 270x which turned out to be a faulty card. Then I bought the 290 and things were ok- for awhile. A few weeks ago, I could enjoy a full campaign of Civ with this card. Now, without fail, within 5 seconds of booting the game, 30% of the time its a BSOD, the other 70% its a black screen reboot.

And a Corsair 500 case laying on its side with the panel off. I know the case has no relevance, I just want to emphasize that dust or heat likely aren't an issue since its a relatively new case kept in a well air conditioned home.

The drivers I've had the msot success with are AMD's newest (but still beta) 14.7 drivers. But I've tried reverting to 14.4 drivers. And about an hour or so ago, I tried 13.12 linked here:

BSOD at random situations caused by atikmdag.sys A01

I almost got excited after that install because upon booting Brutal Doom I got about 45 seconds of gameplay in before a whitescreen (used Task Manager to close the program, it is only an old game like Doom I get a chance to use Task manager to close the program instead of a complete crash) and maybe even 2 minutes of Defense Grid 2 before a BSOD.

I truly appreciate any help and I apologize for the rambling but practiclly every bit of my free time over the past few weeks have been devoted to useless endeavors trying to fix this but only end in another crash.

I've included the requested zip per rules.

Tried Brutal Doom about 20 seconds after writing my initial post because I'm a glutton for punishment. 10 seconds before another BSOD. I included another zip.

I have been using a card I previously sold to a friend (7850) and have actually been able to play games now without the BSODS that had progressively gotten to the point where it was happening even during web browsing. Evenstill, can someone please look through the crash dump files and see if there is a solution where I could use my original card?
