How to fix BSOD KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR 0x0000007A?

    Good day,

I've been experiencing BSOD KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR 0x0000007A in my Sony Vaio netbook a several times. I noticed that this is occurring every time the netbook goes into a sleep mode. When I try to use again the netbook that went to a sleep mode, the BSOD KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR 0x0000007A occurs. I screened shot it. Please see attached file. Also, please see attached file for the DM Log Collector.

    Regards,

    Hi eloiseverona.

You have to Post the data following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Screenshots etc are not required right now. If needed, you will be asked for it.

So attach the data with your reply.

The upload is another incomplete one.

Look at Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. There are two options, try both of them. May be either one will be able to gather the data for you.

    BugCheck 7A, {c04d93e8, c0000185, 25d9c8c0, 9b27d000}

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiWaitForInPageComplete+302 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    Code:
    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
    KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
    Code:
    ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000185 - The I/O device reported an I/O error.

DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware
So the first thing is to test the HDD, which is a Seagate Momentus notebook hard drive.

So test it, using SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use

    Let us know the result.

Further steps may be required after knowing the result.

So it looks like that the test fixed the errors (apparently).

Now use the computer normally. Let us know for any further BSODs.
