BSOD again after fresh new install windows 7

    Hi
i'm french, i will try my best to explain.
Sorry but i can't title more precisely due to the circumstance.

    Actually
I just reinstalled windows 7 ultimate x64 2hours ago (+ format by the disc too) and i had my first "new" bluescreen like 10mn after installed amd driver (last one, 14.9 from 9/29/2014), happened just when i logged into steam. (Windows wasn't already setup to maintain the bsod screen at this point, now its done..)

Before (maybe the new windows solve some, but just in case.. it can maybe also help) :
I reinstalled it cause i had random bluescreen with some .sys or .dll (atikvmag) which tend to be with the graphic card / system corrupt, some cleaner stuff said me i had a bitcoin stuff which can destroy some vital windows fonctions. Sometimes i had 4 bsod in the evening like no one, doing the "same thing" youtube & games for most (not so much differents games), i don't even remember having it while idle desktop or if i was idle there was something running (youtube player for example).

Other quick example, i used to crashed while having a lot of tabs with some youtube players (yep i use a lot) so after reboot, chrome says me "restore them ?" i say "do it baby!" which could result in a bsod.

I also can be freeze, well i guess, cause my usb stops, no mouse / keyboard, i haven't check sound.
Or, an application crashed, i hit ctrl + alt + sup and, all the time in this case it freeze the computer when i click on "Task manager" (i can't access right clic in bottom in this situtation + the explorer doesn't response to my actions)

I will post further bsod when they will come..

So here is my (probably first) zipfile.

Hello, Wharg and welcome to Seven Forums. The 2 files you uploaded had 1 dump file each. Are you deleting dump files? If so, please don't do that. keep ll the dump files. It helps to have them all in one place.

Are you overclocking? If so, please set everything back to default levels.

The last dump file you submitted, gave this as a cause

That is your Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection driver

Please update your graphics driver using this method

I am going to give you some links that will help you get a good clean install and not have any drivers you don't need that will conflict with other drivers. Download a WHQL driver from https://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-c...ndows-7-a.html . Once you have them downloaded, uninstall you current driver from control panel. next clean up any left over drivers from following this tutorial Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling and select only ATI Display Drivers. After you have done that and rebooted, install the new driver, only select custom install and install only what you have to. Very few people need most of what they include. You do not need the audio/HDMI drivers as you already have that in your Motherboard drivers. Unless there is some reason you need them, the only thing you really need is the Display Driver.

Also, you will need to update the Kaspersky drivers or uninstall them and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials (Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows)

You should also be able to update your Intel Lan driver from your Motherboard's web site or from Intel Download center.

Also, Please open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

When you did a clean install, did you install your Motherboard's drivers downloaded from the Motherboard's web site and run all of the Windows Updates? If not, please do so.

Sorry for 4days without answer, had some things to do

Are you overclocking? If so, please set everything back to default levels.
Actually not but i've already done it before, a bit complicated.
CPU has been overclocked with the asus utility (AI suite) which been installed with the CD i recieved as well as the motherboard drivers. The last time i checked (with AI suite, which is not actually installed) it was with another fresh new windows 7 and my CPU wasn't overclock anymore, "new windows = reset cpu when its done by this program" ? I will try to find another program to verify if its still the case.

GPU, well i had 2 gpu at a time, one that i had to send back due to black screen stuff that amd recognized themself so i recieved a new one.
I don't remember precisely when bluescreens started, possibly when OC gpu & cpu indeed or when i added the second for crossfire, but this pc has been working fine for a time, when bsod appears i went for one gpu to see if there was any change but "same kind" bsod were here. I'm still using one GPU which is by default

uninstall you current driver (graphics driver) from control panel
/info\ I had 2 choice, change or repair, i clicked change then uninstall, "Express Uninstall ALL AMD Software" and i had a bsod (100414-18891-01.dmp) just when "AMD Catalyst Install (to uninstall) Manager" started to remove.

I downloaded "Display Driver Uninstaller 13.4.0.0 (10-02-2014)" i rebooted in safe mode as ask

I check "Remove AMD Audio Bus" "Remove C:\AMD folders", 2 others were already check (log & restore point)
    I click "Clean and restart"
    The log :
    DDU Version:13.4.0.0
GPU # 0000 Detected : Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
    GPU DeviceId : pci\cc_0300
    Vbios : 113-1E241100-O47
    Detected Driver(s) Version(s) : 6.1.7600.16385
    INF : display.inf
    INF Section : vga
    --------------
    Strange log no ?

Reboot went fine, low resolution, windows 7 saying me "your device is ready to use" "standard VGA Graphics Adapter" + "High Definition Audio Device" ready to use
I only install the drivers. check the final install log from "AMD Catalyst Install Manager" : all "Success
    "
    100514-25131-01.dmp while playing arma 3
Also, you will need to update the Kaspersky drivers or uninstall them and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials (Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows)
I haven't find what you mean by update kaspersky drivers, so i haven't touch anything about this and Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows for now but kaspersky is up to date and official

You should also be able to update your Intel Lan driver from your Motherboard's web site or from Intel Download center.
I went on intel website with autodetect :
    Product Detected Intel(R) 82579V based Network Controller(OEM)
    Current Driver Installed 11.8.74.0
    Newer Driver Available: 19.1.51.0

Installer / updater say me "the installed version is not supported for upgrades, must uninstall it first"
I go to control panel then i see in the list "Intel(R) Network Connections 15.6.25.0" which is not the same version as intel autodetected before, as its the only thing i see from intel and network stuff i uninstall it.
New lan driver install went fine.

    I run cmd in admin + sfc /scannow :
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

When you did a clean install, did you install your Motherboard's drivers downloaded from the Motherboard's web site and run all of the Windows Updates? If not, please do so.
Motherboard's drivers been installed from the official CD i recieved with the pc then i go windows updates after it.

Please make sure all updates have been installed and check to see if any have failed to install.
You were right some appear one by one and not always following .. no more update for now when i check.

    2 updates failed :

1 Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 on Windows 7, Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2861208)

    Installation date: ‎04/‎10/‎2014 06:23

    Installation status: Failed

    Error details: Code 66A

    Update type: Important

2Update for Internet Explorer 8 Compatibility View List for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2598845)

    Installation date: ‎04/‎10/‎2014 04:59

    Installation status: Failed

    Error details: Code 80242016

    Update type: Recommended

So here are my all Bsod while those 4-5 days, i hope/guess you will retrieve yourself in it because some are before and after windows updates security
All i can say is that all dmp files from (included) "100514-25131-01.dmp" (the 5 one in date) happened after amd driver reinstalled.

Wharg, When you overclock, it is done in the BIOS. Windows, even on a reinstall will not change BIOS settings. If your bios was changed, you have not changed it back to defaults.

I asked that you update drivers from your Motherboard's web site because the drivers are more current than what is on the DVD. But, you used the DVD drivers.

I am going to give you a list of the probable causes of your crashes. Please take note of how many were from Windows Update. There were also a lot of indications of Hard drive or File system problems, although most of them were not listed as a cause.

That setting alone will affect the voltage but will not overclock the CPU. Please go into BIOS and check that your ram timings, voltage and frequency are set to manufacturer's specs and remember them, then go to probably the advanced tab and see what your SATA Controller is set to (AHCI, IDE or Raid) then look at your boot settings. Remember all those things, then set your bios to optimized defaults (F5 usually) confirm optimized defaults, then set the ram timings, frequency and Voltage to manufacturer's specs, set your SATA controller to whatever it is right now, or your computer won't boot, then set your Boot options like they are now, save and exit. You will then be at default. See if that makes you run any better.

I may also suggest you run memtest86+
    Please Run Memtest86+

       Information
Please download from this site only http://www.memtest.org/ in the middle of the page are the Download links, you can download the ISO.zip or the Auto USB Flash Drive installer.zip

Extract the Zip file. If you chose the ISO image, burn it to a CD using Windows Disk Image Burner or any Image burner you may have. If you downloaded the Auto USB installer, extract it, insert your USB 2.0 Flash Drive and take note of the drive letter. Run the installer, select the Flash Drive Letter, check the format box and press next. It will install memtest86+ to a flash drive. You can use either V4.20 or V5.01. Boot from your selected media. If you use V5.01 it will tell you to press certain buttons at the start, please press no buttons. The test will begin on it's own and continue to run until you stop it. It needs to run for 8 complete passes or until you receive an error. If you receive an error, stop the test. Even 1 error is a fail. Each pass tests a different part of the ram and each of the 10 tests in each pass tests something different. It takes a minimum of 8 passes to completely test the ram, more passes are better. It is quite a long test and will take several hours depending on how much ram you have. Due to the time length it is best to run overnight. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask

The installation is counterfeit - the installed Key is the default Key for Windows 7 Ultimate, which can never be legally activated.
There is an Activation Exploit present in an attempt to circumvent Activation and validation requirements.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.
