BSOD Driver Power State Failure : Multiple drivers

Intermittent BSOD that seems to be linked to sound card/ networking usage?

I have been getting this BSOD ever since water was spilled on my computer and I had to change out parts. I changed the mobo, cpu, psu, GPUs, everything except RAM (so i am guessing that is the root of the problem)

I have used BlueScreenView to check the errors and they are reporting different drivers as the cause so that is what is getting confusing. so here is what I know.

BSV reports the BSOD one of these failures (it happens about every other day) :
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009F caused by ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009F caused by isub3hub.sys+33c00
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x00000116 caused by dxgkrnl.sys+5d140
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009F caused by tcpip.sys+17b810

This problem has persisted through clean installs of the OS on the same HDD, a brand new HDD (currently have 2 running), Old drivers, and new drivers.

I hope i have included enough information, if you would like to know something else please let me know. If the information requested is highly personal (such as CC# or BA# i will make sure to wrap code tags around it so bots can't farm the information.)

    *Update*

Just finished running Memtest86 (not Memtest86+) and the test succeeded 100%. 44/44 succeeded.

    soooo not the RAM.
