Unfortunately there are no dump files in your logs to analyse, and your system info file is blank so there is nothing to work on. Please follow Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD to ensure Windows is configured to catch the dumps in the event of BSODs then upload any subsequent unedited logs in a new post.

There are still no dumps to analyse. I'll ask to see if any other members of the BSOD team can assist you in getting your dumps saved as I have to head out to work in a short while.

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD And try to do it manually as in option one number 6. If you will read the top part of the tutorial it will tell you how to get there. After you have it set to create Small Memory Dumps, please go to C:/Windows and make sure you have a folder in C: Windows named Minidump. If there is not one there, please create one.

I know you are having CMD problems, but I would like you to try something and see if it will work.

Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

I would also like you to remember back to just before this started happening and tell us if you added any hardware or software just before this started. Also, do you have any software like PC Mechanic or anything of that sort on your computer, any programs that are supposed to be a Windows Optimizer or a driver updater? Also I would like you to go to control panel, Uninstall a program and post screenshots of the programs you have installed.

I am sure you are aware, if your CMD is that messed up, you have some serious problems with your system files. We are going to see if we can straighten them out for you, but if we can't, just be aware you are looking at a clean install. We will try everything we can to straighten your computer out before we recommend that, but it is a possibility. I just wanted you to be aware.

Also, pleas run the BSOD Posting instructions again, and please use option #2 and press the Grab All button and give it some time to do all of it's work. It takes it a few minutes sometime. Then post the Zip file here again and well, see if it does better this time.

A Driver Power State Failure BSOD is generally a driver failure. When the computer goes to sleep or wakes up from sleep, it is a power state change. A driver to a Plug and Play device may fail to react with the power state change accordingly, stays in the previous power state for some more time. That is the root cause of this BSOD.

To deal with this BSOD, the first thing is to eliminate the startup programs. Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

The next thing is to find out the driver that is failing the power state and to take the proper action on it. It is difficult without a crash dump, as Boozad already pointed out. So let us take a different way. Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers ... must!
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

It will help us to have a closer look to all the drivers which may cause the issue.

At the end, I will suggest you two more things. First, Uninstall Kaspersky using Kaspersky Removal Tool till the issue persists. Why? Because it is causing issues there.

At last, take care of the WiFi, as it is also causing problems there.
