BSOD help please - I'm a novice please forgive my ignorance

Ok, as the tittle says please forgive my ignorance on not knowing some things, I think I've done everything required of me.

About 2 weeks ago I installed and started to play guild wars 2. After I had installed it the game kept crashing and was just being a pile of rubbish (yes I'm English so I don't use the word 'trash' ), and decided to stop playing it. I went back to playing BF4 and now BF4 keeps crashing and getting a fair few BSOD's.

What have I done since then:

Well, I've updated all the drivers that I could,
Reformatted and installed windows again. Problems still persisted.
I then bought a new PSU and GPU and a new case, but that isn't important I guess and all installed today 7th October 2014

That resolved many of the very random BSOD's I was getting but now it seems to be the same one over and over again. Which I've zipped up for you to have a look at. This is where I apologise if I haven't done things correctly.

I've also completed the following tests

    sfc /scannow [Completed, No Errors]
chkdsk /f /r [Completed, No Errors]
Memtest 86+ 12 hours 4 passes [Completed, No Errors]
FurMark (GPU Stress Test) [Completed, No BSOD]

If you guys can work your magic and help me I would be very greatfull!
    Thanks
    Azgaard

    Welcome to 7F.

Your ATI driver has been flagged.

    Code:
    fffff880`07d61808 fffff880`02c0ccf8Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys, Win32 error 0n2

Download the 13.9 driver from here then use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot, install the 13.9 driver and test for stability.

       Note
When installing choose 'Advanced' or 'Custom' (whichever option is available, just not Express) and uncheck everything except the video driver.

Are you overclocking at all? If so revert to stock clocks and uninstall Gigabyte OC Guru II.

Just to confirm that I need to use 13.9 as there is a more up to date driver version?

I am not over clocking no but I have now uninstalled it anyway.

We recommend 13.9 as we've found it to be the most stable release over the past few months. There will be minimum impact in performance (if any) and it will let us see if the BSODs are cured with a known stable driver. You can always update it after testing, and sometimes it's best to remember with drivers that the newest isn't always the best.

You sir are very kind. I changed the driver amd gave it a whirl no bsod so far. But it has been known to go for a good 40 mins before sodding out so I will try again tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Right, it's your ATI driver again.

Also, is there a way to stop warning messages from popping up telling me there is an updated driver?

I quite often get this error in event viewer when playing BF4. Dunno if it helps. Either BF4 crashes and closes down or I get a BSOD.
