BSOD problem

    There are no dump files. You probably haven't had a BSOD. That makes it harder to find the reason. This is the long way to do it, but you need to give each step enough time to where you know for certain that your problem isn't present. them add more services until you have the problems, then start removing one at a time until you find out which one is causing the problem.     There's a dump file on this report, I think I had a BSOD after activating driver verifier

    As for the clean startup, I already tried that from a previous suggestion, but I tried it again just to be sure and still got a freeze, but we already know what is causing the problem and that is the Intel HD display driver?
