System_Service_Exception BSOD, happens very randomly

This happens either when I exit a game or during shutdown process. I have made a thread before about this but this is the new computer with new components. The different part about this is that it is not a kernel or a win dll error, every error now has System_Service_Exception error.

Someone said before Catalyst Control Center might cause crash, but I cannot uninstall it as it is part of the AMD drivers

Here is the log

Hi Atronius.

A very common cause of a stop 0x3B is a missing service pack.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.

Ok so the past few days I've been getting excessive amounts of BSODs. I had this issue a few months ago and solved it by system restoring to an earlier time. Idk if it's a driver conflict issue or hardware issue or what I just want my computer to work again :b. It does it at random times, sometimes...

I've been experiencing regular BSODs now for about 3 months and it is getting worse. Sequence is getting pretty routine. Upon 'cold' boot, system boots fine and I log into Windows and start working. Within about 5-10 minutes, screen freezes with blurred color bars. Upon power off/on, system emits 3...

Over the last few days and a few times a week or so ago I have been getting BSOD's when using my PC. I haven't been doing anything strenuous, just browsing the internet and moving files around, etc. Most of them don't have any error message at the top except one that said SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION....
