    cannot paste crash report


    A crash report of a bsod was screenshot to paint then i tried to paste to my post , nothing comes up

    You'd need to follow this Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions A screenshot isn't any help whatsoever when trying to solve BSODs, analysts need to read the information in the dump files. When you've run that tool post it in the dedicated BSOD forum here BSOD Help and Support - Windows 7 Help Forums

    I have tried, tried, and tried to post the .exe file,into step #5 will someone please give simple step by step instructions, of how to save info into a "debug-YourComputerName-xxxx.zip"file on your desktop??What is this?https://www.sevenforums.com/http://ww...1&d=1413169233

    You don't want to post the .exe file, you need to run the DMlogcollector.exe, let it finish, and it will put a zipped folder on your desktop, with the name already on it.

    Try these instructions,

    1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,


    Download



    2. Double click on the file to run it.

    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
