Hello, kamal and welcome to Seven Forums. I have looked at most of your dump files and they we really consistent with the same error code and the same driver blamed.

    Code:
    Ak27x64
    start end module name
    fffff880`052ed000 fffff880`0558f000 Ak27x64 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: Ak27x64.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Ak27x64.sys
        Image name: Ak27x64.sys
        Timestamp: Wed Dec 07 11:13:57 2011 (4EDF9ED5)
        CheckSum: 002AB75A
        ImageSize: 002A2000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
That is your Ak27x64 Killer Wireless-N 1100 Series LAN device driver and appears to be way out of date. I would recommend you visit the Manufacturer's web site and download the latest driver for your computer.

    One other file lists

    Code:
    iaStor
    start end module name
    fffff880`01002000 fffff880`013a6000 iaStor T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: iaStor.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\iaStor.sys
        Image name: iaStor.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Nov 29 21:39:19 2011 (4ED5A567)
        CheckSum: 0009778C
        ImageSize: 003A4000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Which is your sata comtroller. It comes from Intel Rapid Storage Driver and while you are downloading the above driver, I would look for a more up to date version of this driver.

Please update those drivers and see if you get any improvement.
Also please open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

I would also run your hard drive Manufacturer's diagnostic test To check you hard drive for errors. There were many references to NDIS system, I/O procedures and Filter Manager which are all functions of your hard drive as is iaStor.
