I believe there is a newer driver just out. Use this method
    NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems

I'm not sure it is the video card. The Nvidia driver could have been a victim and not the cause.

Had to skip steps 3,4, and 5 because I didn't have a NVIDIA folder.

I haven't had a crash since. I've also had no webpages or games crash on me so far. I'm going to play some games and keep some programs open and see if I am getting frame drops and crashes still.

That is entirely too hot for that card and is counterproductive anyway. The 600 series cards begin to throttle at 70, I think. Your fan should be at 100% by 65C. If you don't have a program with the card that will allow a custom fan profile, I can suggest one, but most cards come with a program. What temps is your card seeing during games when you see the dropped frames and lags?

I have no clue, I've never bothered to check the fan speeds or temps. I never really had a problem with frame drops and things until recent after the BSODs. Also I started getting game crashes, webpage crashes, browser crashes, etc.
