0x3b Bsods when playing full screen games

Its been like this for awhile and im just plain out annoyed. When ever playing full screen games and I either close the game or minimize it, I get a 0x3b BSOD.

    What it is not:

    Hardware related:

I have changed out my GPU, ram, etc nothing seems to work.

attached is the files from the bsod program

    Hello,

    Code:
    OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
You're missing Service Pack 1, highly suggested that you install this as it secures the PC and fixes a whole lot of problems.
You can download through either Windows Update, or download from here Download Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB976932) from Official Microsoft Download Center

This could be the main cause of the BSOD, but here's some suggestions:
    Code:
    dtsoftbus01.sys Fri Feb 21 03:49:36 2014 (53072130)
This driver belongs to Daemon Tools, known problem with Windows. Please uninstall.

    On a side note:

Having a cracked version of Windows can also cause some errors. I highly suggest you purchase a legit version, and work from there also.

    Code:
    Win 7,Ultimate,Lenovo 2,XXXXX-OEM-8992662-00497
    Code:
    Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00497
Original Install Date: 6/24/2014, 11:19:53 AM
System Boot Time: 10/14/2014, 11:12:48 PM
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

The only problem with that is I don't have a windows 7 ultimate key to use. I'll try uninstalling dameon tools though.

Also don't forget to get SP1.

Computer Parts, Laptops, Electronics, and More - Newegg.com has plenty of Windows 7 options you can purchase to have a legit copy of windows.
